The proper installation of all SioGreen Quartz Infrared Electric Tankless Water Heaters is critical. The warranties are valid only if the units are installed by a licensed professional and according to all local building codes.
The SioGreen Quartz Infrared Electric Tankless Water Heaters have a FULL REPLACEMENT warranty. If any product fails during the warranty period, SioGreen will replace the entire unit according to the Terms and Conditions of the written warranty.
